How to write LinkedIn posts that bring in sales conversations
Founders don't need to become influencers. Write posts from real sales conversations and they start conversations of their own.

Write about the work, not about yourself
The posts that start sales conversations are rarely announcements. They describe a problem your buyers recognise, in the words your buyers use.
Your pipeline is full of that material: the objection you heard three times this month, the question that turned a stuck call around, the reason a deal was lost.
Use one idea per post
A good post makes one point. Open with a line that names the problem, give one example from a real conversation, share what you learned and end with a question people can answer from their own experience.
Keep customer details out
Talk about "a 20-person logistics company" rather than naming a client. The lesson is what matters to the reader, and buyers notice when you respect other buyers' privacy.
Connect posts to your pipeline
When someone comments or messages you, add them as a contact straight away and note what they reacted to. That context is what makes your follow-up useful instead of a generic pitch.
RevenueRobotics writes LinkedIn posts from your own deals and keeps the people who respond in the same CRM.
