What to look for in an AI CRM
Evaluate AI CRM tools by the sales work they help you do: deal prioritization, useful follow-ups, clear forecasts, and human control.

Why this matters
“AI-powered” is not a buying requirement. Decide which part of your sales day you want help with, then test whether the product improves it.
Does it help you decide what to do next?
Ask a prospective CRM to show you an ordinary Tuesday: overdue work, at-risk deals, and the next actions worth considering. A dashboard full of numbers is less useful if you still have to investigate every record to find your priorities.
Can you inspect the context behind a suggestion?
A deal score or recommended action should lead you back to the underlying record. You need enough context to decide whether the suggestion makes sense.
Are drafts easy to review?
For AI-written follow-ups, check whether you can verify the details, change the tone, and remove unsupported statements before anything is sent. You remain responsible for the message.
Can you keep your existing data?
Try importing a representative sample—not just three perfect rows. Include a missing field, a duplicate, and an older deal. See how the product handles each one.
Will the pricing still make sense for your team?
Compare the features you actually need at the number of seats you expect to use. Do not decide based solely on a starting price or an AI label.
RevenueRobotics is built around a specific combination: deal prioritization, follow-up drafts, pipeline reporting, and CSV import in one €29-per-seat monthly plan.
