One deal can involve more than one buyer conversation
Keep track of buyers, users, and other stakeholders so your follow-ups reflect the whole decision—not just your last conversation.

Why this matters
A sales opportunity can look healthy when your main contact is enthusiastic. But that person may not be the only one involved in deciding.
As more people join the conversation, keep track of what each person needs and what your team has promised.
Identify each person’s role
Who will use the product? Who is coordinating the evaluation? Who needs to approve a purchase? You may not know every answer at first. Record what you know and update it as the deal develops.
Keep shared and individual context separate
The deal record should describe the opportunity as a whole. Notes about a specific person should make clear who raised the question or concern.
That distinction helps you avoid replying to one contact as though they said something another contact said.
Make the next step visible
If you are waiting for a meeting with another stakeholder, record who will arrange it and when. If you owe answers to two people, make both commitments clear.
Review before you follow up
A useful message should reflect the conversation with its recipient while remaining consistent with the wider deal. Read the context before using an AI-generated draft.
