White-Label Mobile App: Worth It Yet?

We pushed the white-label app to 200 client end-users. The data is mixed.

What worked

End-user push notifications crushed email open rates. Activation jumped 2.3x when we shipped the white-label app vs. browser-only.

What didn't

DAU stayed flat. Most end users open the app for transactional moments — booking, paying — not browsing. Plan accordingly: the app is a *conversion* tool, not an engagement one.
