What changed
Google's policy now explicitly forbids any automation that conditionally routes happy vs. unhappy customers to different surfaces. If you have a star-picker → if-good-then-Google node, kill it.
What to do instead
Send everyone to the same destination. Use the new on-site widget for negative feedback capture, but do it *after* the review prompt, not before.
